Take a moment to look around at properties here in the neighborhood.  We are asking that all homeowners at least take a moment to mow the ditches and banks on front of their homes.  That iarea is a part of your property and it is your responsibility to maintain, per the covenants. 

We have a nice quiet neighborhood and it should be maintained.  As property values fall we should be doing everything we as homeowner can do it counteract that. 

Also, all owners and renters are reminded that the covenants prohibit the parking of commercial vehicles or trailers in front of a line projecting through the front of the home on each lot.  We have had a number of complaints lately about commercial vehicles parked on the street or in driveways in front of several homes.  Thanks for your attention to this.
