In keeping with COVID protocols, the Lake Acres HOA 2022 annual meeting will be held via Google Meet online on Wednesday, 23 February 2022 at 7:30 PM.  The URL for accessing the Google Meet site is: https://meet.google.com/rft-upse-kmg.  If you do not have Online Web access, there are other options.  If you have a neighbor that has access and is willing to host you, you can make those arrangements.  Kemp and Maureen Lear at 10415 Shaw Drive will host anyone that has been fully vaccinated.  Please RSVP at (540) 786-6516 if you would like to use this option.  You can also submit a written proxy form through any member of the Board of Directors.  Proxies are available at http://www.lakeacreshoa.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/LAHOA-Proxy-Ballot.pdf or from any Board of Directors member.  We will be voting on a board of directors, setting the 2022 HOA lot owner’s fees and reviewing any old and new business for the association.
